HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-508CITY OF PLYNOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on th—e---= day of August . 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Sc;ineider, ouncilmembers Crain, Vasiliou, and Zitur - — The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk Councilmember Crain adoption: introduced the following Resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 86-508 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR LAUX ADDITION FOR JEFFREY LAUX (86022) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for Laux Addition as requested by Jeffrey Laux; NON, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. . 2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat. 3. No Building Permits shall be issued until a Contract has been awarded for the con- struction of municipal sewer and water. 4. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 5. No yard setback variances are granted or implied and shall comply with the R -1A District standards. 6. .Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat. 7. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 8. Approved variance for lot width of 92 ft. versus 110 ft. for Lot 2, on the basis of the shape of the lot and similarity to other parcels in this area. 9. Driveway access shall be limited to the west lot area, to be approved by the City Engineer prior to issuance of a building permit; A "T" shall be provided to pre- vent backing out onto County Road 15. 10 PLEASE SEE PAGE TWO Page two Resolution No. 86-508 >• 10. Appropriate legal documents and covenants shall be filed on Lot 2, citing the development constraints of easements; reduced buildable area; setback provisions; and, restricted driveway location. No variances are granted or implied. 11. Prior to filing the Final Plat at Hennepin County, appropriate legal documents, including written statements from the IRS agencies, shall be provided and approved b% the City .Attorney, to demonstrate the resolution and/or satisfaction of the Title concerns. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
