Pursuant to due ca1L and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the = day of August . 1986. The

and Zitur — he
following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-507
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR LAUX ADDITION FOR JEFFREY LAUX (86022)
WHEREAS, Jeffrey Laux has requested approval for a_ Final Plat for Laux Addition for two
single family lots at 12916 County Road 15;
NOW, THEREFORE HE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for Jeffrey Laux for
Laux Addition for two single family lots at 12916 County Road 15.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: mayor 5chneider, Councilmembers Crain, Vasiliou, and
Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
