Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular skeetin& of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was bold on the 18th da �r of
August 1986._ The following members were present* � SChneider.
The following members were absent: none
Councilmeber Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-496
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF REPORT
SOUTH SHORE DRIVE NORTH OF 11TH AVENUE
PROJECT NO. 651
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of approximately
515 feet of South Shore Drive adjacent to parcel 36-118-22-22-0004
(Alpha Human Services Property) by the installation of watermain and
street widening including concrete curb and gutter and bituminous
surfacing, filed with the Council on August 18, 1986 is hereby
declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property
affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota
Statutes, Section 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to sonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and
Associates, Inc. and he is instructed to report to the Council with
all convenient speed advising the Council in the preliminary way as to
whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it
should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement is recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
COuncilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained:. none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
