The following members were present: Mayor Schnei erd , Zo ncilmembers Crain, Sisk, — Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent- none Councilmember Sisk _introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-495 RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AMENDED TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 1-3 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The City has duly established a Development District No. 1 (District), Economic Development Tax Increment Financing Districts No. 1, No. 1-2, and No. 1-3 (TIF District), within the District, all pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 472A and Sections 273.71 to 273.78 (collectively the "Act"). 2. It is determined that it is necessary for the orderly development of the District and the sound financing of development costs in the District and the TIF District that certain parcels of land within the District be added to and included within TIF District No. 1-3, and one parcel deleted. 3. Pursuant to the Act, this Council shall conduct a public hearing on the establishment of amended TIF District No. 1-3 on Monday, September 8, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. 4. The clerk is authorized and directed to publish notice of the public hearing in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A once in the official newspaper of the City not less than 10 days prior to September 8, 1986. 5. The City Manager is authorized and directed to prepare the Tax Increment Financing Plan for thea amended TIF District No. 1-3 and to transmit such modification together with the form of notice of public hearing to the School Board of Independent District No. 284 and to the County Board of Hennepin County for their review and comment.
