Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �re u�lar� meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on Te— 781Fi day of August , 1986.
The following members were present: Mayor Schnei ea r ,- ouncilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-494
RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT NO BIDS
WERE RECEIVED FOR $825,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION
TAX INCREMENT BONDS, SERIES 1986B:
AUTHORIZING THE NEGOTIATION OF THE SALE OF THE BONDS
BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota (City) as
follows:
1. Pursuant to Resolution No. 86-466 the City has duly advertised for sale its
$825,000 General Obligation Tax Increment Bonds, Series 19868 (Bonds) with the
consideration of bids and award of the sale to be made on this date.
2. No bids have been received for the Bonds.
• 3. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 475.60, Subdivision 3, the Council will.
consider offers for the purchase of the Bonds until Monday, September 15, 1986.
4. The City Manager and Ehlers and Associates, Inc., financial advisers to the
City are authorized and directed to solicit offers for the purchase of the Bonds and to
bring such offers, if any, to the Council for consideration.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, t e
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou and Zitur

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
