Pursuant to due call and notice th•.-reof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tTieTStFi day of Auoust—. 1986.

The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-493
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAY •'? '4D CITY MANAGER

WHEREAS, Development District No. 3 and Tax Increment Financing District 3-1 have
been established by the City Council to provide the means for the undertaking of
certain improvements to facilitate development of the property located in those
districts;
WHEREAS, the City Manager and City Attorney have negotiated a development
agreement with RNWNL, a Minnesota limited partnership, for the development of certain
lands lying within Development District No. 3 and Tax Increment Financing District 3-1;
WHEREAS, the City Manager and City Attorney have reviewed the proposed development
agreement with RNWNL, a Minnesota limited partnership, and recommend approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth as
follows:
1. The City Council finds that the projects proposed in the development agreenw.:,t
are consistent with, and in furtherance of, the purposes for which the
Districts were established and in the best interests of the City of Plymouth.
2. The Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the development agreement
on behalf of the City and to take such other acts as are reasonably necessary
to effectuate the terms of the agreement.
The motion for adoption of rhe foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
