Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rreeg.uullar, meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on a 18th day of August 19-dL.

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 86-490
APPROVING LICENSE FOR TAXI CAB CO. AND DRIVERS
WHEREAS, application for Taxi Co. and Driver licenses has been received for Council
approval from Yellow Taxi Service Corporation in accordance with Plymouth City
Code, Chapter 1146; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted investigations of the applicants and
finds no reason to deny the licenses requested;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that Taxi Cab and Driver licenses be approved for a period from
August 18, 1986, through December 31, 1986, for the following:
Anderson, Curtis Yellow Taxi Service Corp.
. Jensen, Barbara Jo 3555 - 5th Ave. So.
Thompson, Gregory Minneapolis, MN 55403
White, Kenneth
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur . and upon vote being taken thereon, the fo ow ng voted
inavof�reo : ayor 7cn6ider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
