Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the

Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-489
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
WEST OF ZACHARY LANE AND EAST OF ZACHARY LANE PARK, NORTH OF THE CITY WATER TOWER AS
R -1B (LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT (86078)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located west
Of Zachary Lane and east of Zachary Lane Park, north of the City water tower from FRD
(future restricted development) District to R -1B (low density residential) District in
conjunction with approval of the Final Plat for Tepley Addition for Robert Middlemist;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Robert Middlemist
for Tepley Addition be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said
. Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly s•;conded by
Counclimember Zitur 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow ng
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain Sisk Vasiliou and
Zitur e rollowing
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
