Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was s hem on the 18th

The following members were absent: none
Counciimember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-487
DENYING ON -SALE INTOXICATING AND SUNDAY SALES
LICENSES FOR PETER BIH, EMPEROR'S DELIGHT RESTAURANT
WHEREAS, application for on -sale intoxicating liquor and Sunday sales licenses
have been received from Peter Bih, 3660 Lancaster Lane, Plymouth, to be held in
conjunction with the Emperor's Delight Restaurant, 88 Nathan Lane, for
consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council in accordance with
Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210; and
WHEREAS, all fees have been paid, required insurance provided, and the Police
Department has conducted an investigation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that on -sale intoxicating liquor and Sunday sales licenses
be denied for the following reasons:
1. The Council finds the application does not conform to the spirit and intent
of City Council policy adopted by resolution No. 85-180 dated 3/4/85.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, -t7e-
following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Crain Sisk,
and Zitur e following
