Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day
10 of-_ August , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,
rouncilmembers Sisk. Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Crain
Councilmiamber Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 86-485
AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
PROJECT NO. 544
FERNBROOK LANE, NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 9 - STREETS AND UTILITIES
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has undertaken Project No. 544; and
WHEREAS, in order to construct the improvements certain permanent and temporary
easements are required; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary, proper and expedient in the
interests of the public health, convenience and general welfare of the citizens
of the City of Plymouth for the City to acquire said easements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Attorney is hereby authorized to commence
condemnation proceedings for Project No. 544 for the following described
10 easements within the following described parcels:
DESCRIPTION OF PARCEL: (15-118-22-22-0005)
The North 660 feet of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of
Section 15, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Except Road.
DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT:
A permanent easement for street and utility purposes over, under, across and
through the East 23.5 feet of the West 40 feet and the South 20 feet of the
North 424 feet of the East 20 feet of the Wrst 60 feet and the South 20 feet of
the North 254.0 feet of the East 12 feet of the West 52 feet of the above
described parcel.
and
A temporary easement for construction purposes over, under and across that part
of the East 20 feet of the West 60 feet lying South of the North 424 feet
thereof and the North 404 feet of the East 10 feet of the West 50 feet and the
North 105.0 feet of the East 25 feet of the West 75 feet of the above described
parcel.
The above described temporary easement shall expire on December 31, 1987 or
upon completion of construction, whichever occurs first.

That part of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section
15, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying South of the
North 660 feet thereof.
DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT:
A permanent easement for street and utility purposes over, under, across and
through the East 23.5 feet of the West 40.0 feet of the above described parcel.
and
A temporary construction easement over, under and across the East 10 feet of
the West 50 feet and the South 100 feet -f the East 20 feet of the West 70 feet
and the North 360 feet of the East 20 fe,t of the West 70 feet of the above
described parcel.
The above described temporary easement shall expire on December 31, 1987 or
upon completion of the project, whichever occurs first.
DESCRIPTION OF PARCEL: (15-118-22-23-0004)
The North 673 feet of the West 182 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest
1/4 of Section 15, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnes.,ta; also the
10 South 33�; feet of the West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the
Northwest 1/4 of said Section 15, Township 118, Range 22.
DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT:
A permanent easement for street and utility purposes over, under, across and
through the East 23.5 of the West 40.0 feet and the South 50 feet of the North
250 feet of the East 25 feet of the West 65 feet of the above described parcel.
and
A temporary construction easement, over the above described parcel, consisting
of a strip of land 30.0 feet wide commencing at a point located 65 feet East of
the West line and 235 feet South of the North line and extending in a
Northeasterly direction to the North property line.
and
A temporary easement for construction purposes over, under and across the East
20.0 feet of the West 60.0 feet of the above described parcel.
The above described temporary easement shall expire on December 31, 1987 or
upon completion of construction, whichever occurs first.

1/4 if Section 15, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Except

DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT:
A permanent easement for street and utility purposes over, under, across and
tnrough the East 23.5 feet of the Fest 40 feet of the above described parcel.
and
A temporary easement for construction purposes over, under and across the East
10 feet of the West 50 feet of the above descr'bed parcel.
The above described temporary easement shall expire on December 31, 1987 or
upon completion of construction, whichever occurs first.
DESCRIPTION OF PARCEL: (16-118-22-14-0004)
The South 90 feet of the North 1041 feet of the East 330 feet of the Southeast
1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 16, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin
. County, Minnesota and the South 45 feet of the North 1086 feet of the East 153
feet of said Southeast l/4 of the Northeast 1/4.
DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT:
A permanent easement for the street and utility purposes over, under, across
and through the West 23.5 feet of the East 40 feet of the above described
parcel.
and
A temporary easement for construction purposes over, under and across the West
5.0 feet of the East 45.0 feet and the south 30.0 feet of the West 35.0 feet of
the 80.0 feet of the above described parcel.
The above described temporary easement shall expire on December 31, 1986 or
upon completion of construction, whichever occurs first.

The South 132 feet of the North 921 feet of the East 330 feet of the Southeast
1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 16, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin
County, Mitnesota. Except road.

A temporary easement for construction purposes over, under and across the West

of the West 15.0 feet of the East 60.0 feet of the above described parcel.
The above described temporary easement shall expire on December 31, 1987 or
upon completion of construction, whichever occurs first.
DESCRIPTION OF PARCEL: (16-118-22-14-0002)
The South 331 feet of the North 819 feet of the East 330 feet of the East 1/2
of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 16, Township 118, Range
22, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Except road.
DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT:
A permanent easement for street and utility purposes over, under, across and
through the West 23.5 feet of the East 40.0 feet of the above described parcel.
and
A temporary easement for construction purposes over, under and across the West
25.0 feet of the East 65.0 feet of the above described parcel.
and
A permanent easement for drainage and ponding purposes over, under and across
the North 100 feet of the above described parcel.
The above described temporary easement shall expire on Decenber 31, 1987 or
upon completion of the project, whichever occurs first.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
_Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted is favor thereof: _Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Sisk,
Vasiliou, and Zitur _
