its adoption!
RESOLUTION NO. 86-482
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - 41ST AVENUE (ROBERT MIDDLENIST 4TH ADDITION)
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted July 21, 1986, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of 419t Avenue by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and
this report was received by the Council on August 4, 1986;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TUE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and Determines that said petition was signed by
all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as
the location of the improvement, therefore a public hearing is
not necessary.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed i•, the Council
resolution adopted August 4, 1986.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engiieer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which bill be done by
the Northern States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mavor Schneider, Councilmembers Sisk,
Vasiliou. qnd Utur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
