HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-481CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of August , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: Councilmember Crain Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-481 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - ZACHARY HILLS 4TH ADDITION, PHASE 2 WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted August 4, 1986, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Zachary Hills 4th Addition, Phase 2 by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on August 4, 1586; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvement. 10 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted August 4, 1986. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these iripxovements. He shall c�.ordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded t— Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur 10 The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
