Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of
ip A„g„st , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,
Connril ra Sisk_ Vasilio,_ and Zitur
The following members were absent: _councilmember Crain
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-479
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - TYRELL 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted August 4, 1986, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of Tyrell 3rd Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street
lights and this report was received by the Council on August 4, 1986;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by
all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as
the location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted August 4, 1986. The petitioners have waived
their right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
the Northern States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, -he
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers `..isk.
Vasiliou. and ZiL,ir
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
