HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-469CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re-ular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the _ 4th day of August , 19 86 The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Sisk Vasiliou and Zitur The follcwing members were absent: Councilmember Crain Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-469 DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES WHFREAS, a list of official polling locations for the forthcominq State Primary Election in the City of Plymouth was submitted for Council approval pursuant to Section, 2048.16 of the Minnesota Election Laws: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the followinq list of polling locations for the precincts specified are hereby approved: Pct. 1 - City Center, 3400 Plymouth Blvd. Pct. 2 - Peace Lutheran Church, 3695 Highway 101 Pct. 3 - Oakwood School, 17340 Countv Road 6 Pct. 4 - Parker's Lake Baptist Church, 14720 County Road 6 Pct. 5 - Messiah Methodist Church, 17805 County Road 6 Pct. 6 - St. Phillip's Lutheran Church, 17205 County Road 6 Pct. 7 - Birchview School, 425 Ranchview Lane Pct. 8 - Christ Memorial Church, 13501 County Road 15 Pct. 9 - Armstrong Senior High, 10635 36th Ave. Pct. 10 - Mt. Olivet Church, 12235 County Road 9 Pct. 11 - Pilgrim Lane School, 3725 Pilgrim Lane Pct. 12 - Pilgrim United Church, 4325 Zachary Lane Pct. 13 - Vision of Glory Church, 13200 Highway 55 Pct. 14 - Apostolic Church, 11015 County Roa 15 Pct. 15 - Minneapolis Laestadian Church, 13030 47th Ave. Pct. 16 - Zachary Lane Elementary School, 4350 Zachary Lane The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote beinq taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Sisk Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
