Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of August _. 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider ouncilmemberssSi- ,, Vasiliou and
Zitur
following members were absent: Councilmember Crafin e
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolutt.on and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-467
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR KNUTSON CONSTRUCTION COWA14Y FOR
DANA CORPORATION (81067)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Knutson Construction Company for Dana Corporation located at
15905 Highway 55, was approved under City Council Resolution No. 82-71; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Bond In the amount of $123,285.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the Bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Bond No.
511F7643 in the amount of $123,285.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Knutson Construction Company for Dana Corporation located at 15905
Highway 55.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the o ow,ng
voted in favor thereof: a or neider, Councilmembers Sisk Vasiliou, and Zitur
