• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the�tF_ day of August , 1986. The

Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-464
AMENDING RESOLUTIONS 86-459, 86-461, and 86-462 AND AMENDING THE DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR GROVES OFFICE PARK (86044)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has approved the preliminary plat for
Groves Office Park by Resolution No. 86-459; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
Groves Office Park by Resolution No. 86-460, and the conditions to be met prior to fil-
ing and regarding the final plat by Resolution No. 86-461; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Site Plan for Phase I of Groves Office Park
by Resolution No. 86-462; and,
WHEREAS, the foregoing approvals as currently worded require the developer to file and
record the final plat with Hennepin County prior to the issuance of any building
permit; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has requested the issuance of a partial building permit for the
construction of footings and foundation only, prior to the filing and recording of the
final plat at Hennepin County;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does amend Condition No. 8 of Resolution No. 86-459,
paragraph 3 of Resolution No. 86-461, paragraph 8 of Resolution No. 86-462, and para-
graph 14.8 of the Development Contract special conditions for subdivision approval as
follows:
A partial building permit for the construction of footings and foundation only,
can be issued prior to the final plat being filed and recorded with Hennepin
County, provided that the developer execute an agreement as approved by the City
Attorney, indemnifying and holding harmless the City from the Issuance of such
permit, and acknowledging the requirement for filing the final plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Council mewber Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted n favor thereof: yor, neider, Councilmembers Sisk and Zitur

voted against or abstained: Councilmember as ou hereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
