Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4T day of August . 1986. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider ouncilmembers 51sk, VasTliou,—and

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-455
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR BASS LAKE
ESTATES 2ND ADDITION FOR BASS LAKE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (86065) (MPUD 85-1)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for Bass
Lake Estates 2nd Addition as requested by Bass Lake Development Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to
recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedicaton Pees -in -lieu of dedication with appropriate credits in
an amount determined according to verified acreage and according to the Dedication
Policy in effect at the time of filing the Fit:al Plat.
3. Submittal of required utility .ind drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
4. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is part of
the approved MPUD 85-1 per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, eo ow ng

Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
