HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-451CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the4th day of Au ust . 1986. The following members were present: Ma or Schneider—,-- ouncilmembers 51sk, Vasillou, and Zitur e following members were absent: Councilmember Crain Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resoll'tion and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-451 APPROVING SITE PLAN AND VARIANCE FOR COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR "CIMARRON BUSINESS CENTER" FOR BUILDING ONE, 14555 21ST AVENUE NORTH (86001) WHEREAS, Commercial Development Corporation has requested approval of a Site Plan and Variance for the construction of an office/warehouse building (Building One), 14555 21st Avenue North in the Cimarron Business Center south of 21st Avenue North and east of 19th Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Commercial Development Corporation for a Site Plan and Variance for the construction of an office/warehouse building (Building One), 14555 21st Avenue North to be located south of 21st Avenue North and east of 19th Avenue North in the Cimarron Business Center. 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum 2., Payment of park dedication fees -in -Lieu of dedication in accordance with the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of Building Permit issuance. 3. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Perfurmdnce Agreement for completion of site improvements. 4. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance. 5. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. 6. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and fire lanes. 7. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the structure and no outside storage is permitted. S. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Division/Consolidation is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 9. Approved Variance is a 43 ft. front yard parking setback to 21st .Avenue No. PLEASE SEE PAGE TWO Page two Resolution No. 86-451 10. The Ordinance required 10 ft. setback of drive aisle to the building shall be provided. 11. All exterior lighting shall be installed to achieve compliance with applicable Ordinance provisions. 12. Prior to issuance of a building permit, appropriate legal documents, as approved by the City Attorney, shall be filed and recorded on the property allowing for shared use of drive aisles and parking areas.
