Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day

Counrilmramhpr Vacilinij introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-449
DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK WITH RESPECT TO THE FILING OF RESOLUTION NO, 86-448
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has authorized the vacation
of ce;'tain street and utility easements in Plymouth Gardeos Addition; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the easements will be replaced on the plat of Groves
Office Park Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA as follows:
That Resolution No. 86-448 shall be filed concurrently with the
plat of Groves Office Park Addition and not without the plat.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: _ Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Sisk
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
