Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was field on -t - on -t -W 28th day of

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-447
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
ON PARKERS LAKE PARK SITE IMPROVEMENTS

WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has a contract with Matt Bullock Contracting Inc.
and,
WHEREAS, the City's consultant on the Parkers Lake Park Project recommended
the approval of Change Order No. 2,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. 2 for the Parkers Lake Park Site
Improvements is hereby approved and the existing contract of $437,654 be
increased by $5,430 to a new total of $443,084.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by �ber Crainand upon vote being taken thereon, the
