HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-441CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21st day of July , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86441 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT STREET LIGHTING - 41ST AVENUE, WEST OF XIMINES LANE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of 41st Avenue, West of Ximines Lane, by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the City Council on July 21, 1986 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvements are feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain Sisk IL Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
