The following members were present: Magnr Srhn idpr, Councilmemhera Crain. Sisk_yaailinla and Zit+r The following members were absent: nnnp _Councilmemher Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-439 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND MERRY MIDDLEMIST ADDITION (81055) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated January 13, 1983, Beverly H. Lillyblad, Duane Lillyblad, Helen M. Fries, Robert Middlemist, Jr. and Merry Middlemist, developer of Merry Middlemist Addition (81055) has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Site Grading and Drainage Improvements Park and Trail Improvements Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts TOTAL $ 42,750 $ 4,275 22,450 -0- 22,250 -0- 5,675 -0- 4,400 -0- -0- -0- 150 -0- 1,000 -0- 3,000 -0- 15,000 -0- -0- -0- 14,001 -0- $ 130,676 $ 4,275 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $7,275 to $4,275 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou. and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
