Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a revular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of July , 19 86. The following members were
present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Sisk, Crain, Vasiliou, and Zitur .
The following members were a-Usent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 434
APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AGREEMENT
COUNTY ROAD 6 AND FERNBROOK LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 406
WHEREAS, Agreement for participation in the construction and operation of
traffic control signal system on County State Aid Highway No, 6 at Fern -
brook Lane, Hennepin County Project 8633, Agreement No. PW 20-17-86 has
been prepared and presented to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED: That said Agreement in all things
10 approved;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Manager are authorized to sign
Agreement No. 20-17-86, Hennepin County Project No. 8633, City Project 406;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that $17,100 be transferred from the City's M.S.A.
Fund (402-402-965) to the Construction Fund (401-000-501-406) to finance
said construction.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmer!bers Crain,
Sisk, Zitur and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe -aNd adopted.
