HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-429CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the day 10of July , 1986. The following members were present: ayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk. VaSiliou and Zitur Ine following members were absent: _pone Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86429 DELARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION SANITARY SEWER - TO SERVE THE PROPOSED KINGSVIEW NORTH ADDITION PLAT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of the Kingaview North Addition (P.I.N. # 9-118-22-44-0001; North line of the North �2- of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 9, Township 118, Range 22) Filed with the Council on July 21, 1986 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners and property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity of Minnesota State Statutes, Section 429.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to the Assessment Committee for their review and recommendation. They shall consider the ID previously submitted petition for Fernbrook Lane as well as the petition for the sanitary sewer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
