Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,a s ular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the Z1st day of 3uly It 1986.

Vaslliou and Zitur
e Tollowing members were absent: none
Counclimember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-426
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR RUTLEDGE CONSTRUCTION (85061)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Rutledge Construction for property located at 3200 Harbor
Lane, was approved under City Council Resolution No. 85-575; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Letter of Credit in the amount of $67,500.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the Letter of Credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Letter of
Credit No. 148 in the amount of $67,500.00 which wes submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Rutledge Construction located at 3200 harbor Lane, to $5,000.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Council member Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow ng
voted n favor thereof: yon5chnelder, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasillou, and
Zitur The

Whereupon the Resolution was declared—My passed and adopted.
