Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �re'ee +t�ar meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of Jul , 1986
The following members were present: Mayor Schne1.der,Zouncilmembers a n, sk,
Vasiliou and Zitur
Tfi—e7ollowlng members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-423
AUTHORIZING RE'c.ASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR LUNDGREN BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY ( 8404 )
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Lu+idgren Brothers Construction Company for property south of
Archer Lane and 20th Avenue North, was approved under City Council Resolution No.
85-139; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Cash Deposit in the amount of $1,700.00; and,
10WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the Cash Deposit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Cash Deposit in
the amount of $1,700.00 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements for Lundgren
Brothers Construction Company for property south of Archer Lane and 20th Avenue North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counclimember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the o ow ng
