Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held an t 21st day of �Ouly , 1986.

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-422
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR VOLP CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR
DUDE CANDY & TOBACCO (82043)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Volp Construction Company for Jude Candy & Tobacco located at
the southwest corner of Highway 55 and Niagara Lane, was approved under City Council
Resolution No. 82-471; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Bond in the amount of $96,800.00; and,
. WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the Bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Bone No. 3351335
in the amount of $96,800.00 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements for
Volp Construction Company for Jude Candy & Tobacco located at the southwest corner of
Highway 55 and Niagara Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, t e o ow ng

Whereupon the Resolution was declareemry passed and adopted.
