HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-421CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of Ouly 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneideuncilmembers Yasiliou, Crain,^ Zitur and Sisk r, CoThe following members were absent: Mone Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Rtsolutlon and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-421 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT CONSOLIDATION/LOT DIVISION FOR ALAN & KATHY GRUNDEI AND MEADE & MARGUERITE WETHERBE (8601-9) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Consolidation/Lot Division for Alan & Kathy Grundei and Meade & Marguerite Wetherbe for property located east of Peony Lane and west of Olive Lane, south of 19th Avenue North, under Resolution No. 86-42Q NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED aY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Consolidation/Lot Division: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum 2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied. Any future expansion/addition to Parcel A shall be 35 ft. front yard, 10 ft. side yard and 25 ft. re4r yard; Parcel B shall be 35 ft. front yard, 15 ft. side yard and 25 ft. rear yard. 3. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Division/Lot Consolidation is filed with Hennepin County. 4. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Division/Lot Consolidation with Hennepin County. 5. Approved Variances include the lot size of 16,800 sq. ft. for Parcel A. 6. Any future expansion/addition shall be reviewed by NSt' �o determine if special construction measures are needed, considering the location of the power lines. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the fo11ow3ng voted in favor thereof: ayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur The fo.11owtng voted against or abstained: None Whereup m the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
