Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the st day of 3uly , 1986.

Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-419
APPROVING MIXED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN AMENDMENT FOR INCREASED LOT COVERAGE FOR
LOT 8. BLOCK 3, GLEN ECHO PONDS (86077) (MPUD 84-1)
WHEREAS, Russ and Rose Becker and Zaudtke Homes have requested approval for increased
lot coverage from 20% to 25.5% on Lot 8, Block 3, Glen Echo Ponds; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
, NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Russ and Rose Becker and
Zaudtke Homes for an amendment to the MPUD Plan for Glen Echo Ponds for increased lot
coverage from 20% to 25.5% on Lot 8, Block 3, Glen Echo Ponds, subject to the
following:
1. The maximum lot coverage by structures shall be 25.5%, for Lot 8, Block 3, Glen
Echo Ponds only, all other lots shall comply with 20% coverage.
2. Yard setbacks shall comply with the approved PUD Plan.
3. All other provisions and requirements of the approved MPUD Plans and Development
Contracts shall apply.
4. The amendment is granted because the applicants have a handicapped child and have
demonstrated the unique need for a single story home.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the followGi
