Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of 3uly . 1986.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Zitur,
Sisk, and Crain

RESOLUTION NO. 86-417
DECLARING FINDING OF NO NEED FOR AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT (EIS) BASED UPON THE
REVIEW ^F THE ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET (EAW) DATED MAY 89 1986 FOR "LAKE
CIMARRON ESTATES" PROPOSED BY KEITH T. HARSTAD (85114)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat for "Lake Cimarron Estates" by
Resolution No. 86-255 on May 5, 1986; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Environmental Quality B•:;ard (FOB) Rule No. 6 MCAR
S-3.0380, 3.038R and 3.038AA, the Environmental Review Process, the City of Plymouth as
the responsible governmental unit, submitted an Enviroimental Assessment Worksheet
(EAW) for the development on May 8, 1986; and,
WHEREAS, the 30 -day review comment period expired on dune 18, 1986, and all comments
and recommendations received from reviewing agencies and other interested parties have
been considered; and,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the proposed development does not present a
potential for significant environmental effects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY T!' CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does make a negative declaration on the need for
an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed development known as "Lake
Cimarron Estates" for Keith T. Harstad.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain. Sick.
Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
