Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21St day of July 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, The following members were absent: none *+►� ,k�t�t ir,kt Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 36-412 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS STREET LIGHTING - WINDEMERE DRIVE - GLEANLOCH 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 16th day of June, 1986, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of Windemere Drive between 11th Avenue North and Pineview Lane by the installation of ornamental, residential street lights; AND WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 21st day of July, 1986, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted July 7, 1986. 2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall coordinate the installation with Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, _Vasiliou. and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
