Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of
July , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,
Councilmember s Crain, Sisk, and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Vasiliou
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-409
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
1986 SEAL COAT AND CURB REPAIR PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
This work shall include the addition of Vicksburg Lane between County Road 47
and County Road 9, also Vicksburg Lane between Highway 55 and County Road 6 to
the sea' ci:ating portion of the contract. All of the appropriate
specifications regarding materials, quality control, mechanical compaction,
installation and other items from the original contract shall apply to this
work.
. Total Estimated Cost of Change Order No. 1 - ADD... $25,063.79
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the 1986 Seal Coat and Curb Repair Program
is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH That Change Order No. 1 for the 1986 Seal Coat and Curb Repair Program
adding $25,063.79 is hereby approved.
Original Contract Amount $185,508.40
Previous Change Orders 0.00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - ADD 25,063.79
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT....... $210,572.19
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk.
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained:. none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
