Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day
of1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,

1�he following members were absent: Counclimember Vasiliou
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
'its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-405
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREP°RATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - 34TH AVENUE WITHIN PARK PLACE ADDITION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA;
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of 34th Avenue within
Park Plf,ce Addition by the installation of residential ornamental
street lighting, filed with the City Council on June 17, 1986 is
hereby eeclared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of
propert3 affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance
to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is
instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising, the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvements are feasible and as to whether it should best be made
as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
