Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of
JUV 19 86. The following members were present.— alol yor Schneider,

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-404
APPROVING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR SEED AND SOD
AT PARKERS LAKE CITY PARK
WHEREAS, in accordance with state law, sealed bids were received for the
installation of seed and sod at Parkers Lake City Park, and
WHEREAS, the low, responsible bidder of Craig Braun Turf Farms submitting
a bid of $24,162.50 has been reviewed by the Director of Parks and Recreation,
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended acceptance
of said bid,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a contract in the amount of $24,162.50 is hereby
approved for the firm of Craig Braun Turf Farms for providing seed and
sod at Parkers Lake City Park.
