Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of 3uly . 1986.

RESOLUTION 86-400
APPROVING VARIANCE FOR R. J. RYAN CONSTRUCTION, INC., FOR NATHAN LANE ASSOCIATES

WHEREAS, R. J. Ryan Construction, Inc., has requested approval for a Variance for
Nathan Lane Associates for property at 1045 Nathan Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Variance for R.O. Ryan Construction,
Inc., for Nathan Lane Associates for property at 1045 Nathan Lane as fo:;.ws:
1. The setback between the building and 10th Avenue North shall be 46.12 ft. rather
than Ordinance required 50 ft. for that distance shown on the "As -Built" survey.
2. All other conditions as stated in Resolution No. 85-572 remain valid.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ouncilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
oted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Counciimeebers Crain, Sisk, and Zitur
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
