Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of Jul . 1986.
The following members were present:Mayor Schneider. Counclimembers Crain, Sisk, and —
Zitur
The following members were absent.-Councilmember Vasillou
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-398
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
WEST OF FERNBROOK LANE AND 46TH AVENUE NORTH (86068)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located west
of Fernbrook Lane and 46th Avenue North from FRD (future restricted development)
District to R -1B (low density residential) District In conjunction with approval of the
Final Plat proposed as "King's North";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Craig Scherber,
King's North Corporation for King's North to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the
publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Couneilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilorwhers Crain, Sisk, and
Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: n
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted
