Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of 3uly . 1986.
The following members were present:Mayor Schneider, Councilwwftrs Crain, Sisk, and
Zitur The
following members were absent:Cohuhcil■ember Vasillou
Counclime■ber Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-395
APPROVING A SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PILGRIM UNITED METHODIST CHURCH
(86042)
WHEREAS, the Pilgrim United Methodist Church has requested a Rezoning, Site Plan, and
Conditional Use Permit for a church in the R -1A Zoning District, and an approximate
7,804 sq. ft. building addition for the church at 4325 Zachary Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Fublic
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Pilgrim United Methodist
Church for a Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit for a church in the R -1A Zoning
District, and an approximate 7,804 sq. ft. building addition for the church at 4325
Zachary Lane, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum
2. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for
completion of site improvements.
3. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance.
4. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals
per Ordinance provisions.
5. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the enclosure and no outside
storage is permitted.
6. No Building Permit to be issued uotil a Development Contract is executed for the
public improvement of sanitary sewer and a contract has been awarded for the
Improvement.
7. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall he ground- "or revocation.
a. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.

9. All parking shall be off-street in designated areas which comply with the Zoning
Ordinance.
10. The Rezoning Ordinance shall be published upon the execution of the agreement for
installation of public sanitary sewer and issuance of a building permit.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilivewber Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilse■bers Crain. Sisk. and Zitur
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
