Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved it.

RESOLUTION NO. 86-394
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
WEST OF ZACHARY LANE, NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 9 (4325 ZACHARY LANE) (86042)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located west
of Zachary Lane, North of County Road 9 from FRD (future restricted development)
District to R -1A (low density single family residential) District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does direct publication of the Rezoning Ordinance
upon the execution of an agreement for installation of public sanitary sewer and
issuance of a Building Permit.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duty seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, and
Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted
