Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of Sul . 1986.

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-393
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR RUDOLPH MARTI, 3 & R PIZZA (86063)
WHEREAS, Rudolph Marti, 3 & R Pizza, has requested a Conditional Use Permit for
Domino's Pizza, a Class II restaurant with delivery and pick-up service at 11120 High-
way 55; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Rudolph Marti, J & R
Pizza, for a Conditional Use Permit for Domino's Pizza, a Class II restaurant with
delivery and pick-up service at 11120 Highway 55, subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to the tenant as operator of the facility and shall not be
transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained i, a sanitary manner.
4. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards.
5. There shall be no outside display, sales, or storage of merchandise or related
materials.
6. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance with the conditions.
7. Compliance with applicable Hennepin County Health Department requirements shall be
verified by the City prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.
8. All parking shall be off-str--!-t In designated areas which comply with the Zoning
Ordinance.
9. Approval does not include tht- vernight storage of vehicles on the site.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
