Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of 3uly . 1986.
The following members were present:Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, and
Zitur The

Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
RESOLUTION NO. 86-391
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR C.O.M.B. COMPANY FOR OUTSIDE VEHICLE STORAGE
(86060)
WHEREAS, C.O.M.B. Company has requested a Conditional Use Permit for outside vehicle
storage for 100 semi -trailers, and one cable television "uplink" truck at 1405 Xenium
Lane; and,

Hearing anti recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for C.O.M.B. Company for a
Conditional Use Permit, for outside storage for 100-sei-trailers, and one cable
television "uplink" truck at 1405 Xenium Lane, subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to the C.O.M.B. Company as operator of the facility and shall
not be transferable.
3.
The site shall be maintained in a
sanitary manner. The redwood
slats are to be
maintained and replaced as needed.
4.
There shall be no signage allowed on
the property relative to the
use.
5.
The permit shall be renewed in one
year to assure compliance with
the conditions.
6.
All parking shall be off-street in
designated areas which comply
with the Zoning
Ordinance.
7. Maximum storage is 100 semi -truck trailers.
8. The cable -uplink truck shall be removed in one year from the date of permit
Issuance, unless approval is granted by the City for a permanent location.
9. Evergreen plantings shall be provided to screen the cable -uplink truck prior to
October 1, 1986.

10. The redwood slats shall be maintained and replaced as needed.
11. Submission of required Site Performance Agreement and financial guarantee for
installation of evergreens and redwood slats, prior to issuance of permit.
The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ouncilsember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
oted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Council nrenibers Crain. Sisk. and Zitur

Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
