HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-389CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of July , 1986. The following members were present: - d Or Schneider, CnunrilmPmhPrs Crain, Sick- and 7itur The following members were absent: CnunrilmPmhPr Vacilinu *** *tet *** Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION '10. 86--'89 ESTABLISH NEW PUBLIC HEAR ^.'G DATE STREET LIGHTING - WINDEMERE DRIVE IN THE GLEANLOCH 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted June 16, 1986 a hearing date was set for July 7th to consider the improvement of Windemere Drive in the Gleanloch 2nd Addition by the installation of street lighting. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A new date will be established to consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429 and the necessary and total cost of improvement of $54.20 per month. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such improvement on the 21st day of July, 1986 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:30 p.m. of which the Clerk has given mailed notice of arch hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupc the Resolution was declared duly passed and adapted.
