Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 86-387
APPROVING RENEWAL OF ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING
MALT LIQUOR LICENSE FOR 1986-1987
WHEREAS, application for On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License has been
received for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council, in
accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1200;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License be
approved for the period Duly 1, 1986 through June 30, 1987 for the following:
Ivy's Place
• 12210 County Road 9
