Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the2 rd

present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 386
APPROVING RENEWAL OF CONSUMPTION AND DISPLAY LICENSE
FOR 1986-1987
WHEREAS, application for a Consumption and Display License has been received for
consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council, in accordance with
Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210;
NOW, THEREFORE, B`_ IT HEREBY «SOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Consumption and Display license be approved for the
period July 1, 1986 through June 30, 1987 for the following:
CONSUMPTION AND DISPLAY
Ivy's Place
12210 County Road 9
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, tete
