HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-380CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 23rd day of . June , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain Sisk Vasiliou- and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-380 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT FOR HARRISON HILLS SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT NO. 630 WHEREAS, City Council of the City of Plymouth by Resolution 86-283A ordered a Preliminary Engineering Report for a sanitary sewer extension to serve the proposed Harrison Hills development; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 86-283A Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. were designated as Consulting Engineers for the project, and a Preliminary Engineering Report has been prepared and is received by the Council on June 23, 1986; NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the report for the Harrison Hills sanitary sever extension is hereby referred to the City Council Assessment Committee for their recommendation. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. r
