HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-376CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day of Jima . 19AL. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider Councilmember Vasiliou, and Zitur following members were absent: none Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-376 APPROVING A HOME OCCUPATION CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PAUL & RENEE HARTMANN AT 4955 FORESTVIEW LANE NORTH (86056) WHEREAS, Paul & Renee Hartmann have requested a Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation involving nail manicuring services in their home at 4955 Forestview Lane North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Paul & Renee Hartmann for a Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit to operate a nail manicuring service in their residence at 4955 Forestview Lane North, subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The permit is issued to Paul and Renee Hartmann as operator of the facility and shall not be transferable. 3. The site shall be maiptained in a sanitary manner. 4. There shall be no signage allowed on the property relative to the use. 5. There shall be no outside display, sales, or storage of merchandise or related materials. 6. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance with the conditions. 7. A copy of the current State license shall be provided prior to Issuance of the Conditional Use Permit and shall be kept on file with the City. 8. All parking shall be off-street in designated areas which comply with the Zoning Ordinance. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: or Schneider Councilmembera Crain Sisk Vasiliou and zitur The o ow ng .voted against or abstained: none 10woupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
