Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day of June . 19im.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider Council..iembers Crain Sisk,_
Vasiliou, and Zitur

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolutioro and move:l its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-374
APPROVING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN AMENDMENT AND SITE PLAN FOR PRUDENTIAL
INSURANCE COMPANY (86061) (MPUD 81-1)
WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company has requested approval of a PUD Plan Amendment
and Site Plan to construct three office/showroom/warehouse facilities at Northwest
Blvd. and Camp -is Drive in the Northwest Business Campus; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for PUD Plan Amendment and
Site Plan to construct three office/showroom/warehouse facilities at Northwest Blvd.
and Campus Drive in the Northwest Business Campus, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the
Dedication Policy in effect at the time of Building Permit issuance, hased on the
calculation for that land at or above the 100 year High Water Elevation.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for
new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage
facility.
4. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for
completion of site improvements.
5. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance.
6. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals
per Ordinance provisions.
7. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and fire
lanes.
8. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the enclosure and no outside
storage is permitted.

9. The parking located on the east side of Building A shall be separated from the
building with the use of curling at the 10 ft. setback.
10. Lot coverage by structures has been and will be calculated on the basis of that
land at or above the High Water Elevation established by the adopted City Storm
Water Drainage Plan as verified by the City Engineer. This resolution shall be
filed as a memorial on the subject property.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur V and upon vote being taken thereon, the foilowing
