• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on third day of June . 191k.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou, and Zitur The
following members were absent: none

Councilmember Vasiliou Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-372
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR WENSOLE ADDITION FOR LEROY R. WENSOLE (86058)
WHEREAS, LeRoy Wensole has requested approval for Final Plat for Wensole Addition, a
plat for two single family residential lots at 510 Berkshire Lane, southeast of 5th
Avenue and Berkshire Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
and,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat for LeRoy R. We+isole
for Wensole Addition, located at 510 Berkshire Lane, Southeast of 5th Avenue and
Berkshire Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and
Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
