Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day of June . 1986.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou, and Zitur

Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 371
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED AT
510 BERKSHIRE LANE AS R-2 (LOW DENSITY MULTIPLE RESIDENCE) DISTRICT (86058)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located at
510 Berkshire Lane from FRD (future restricted development) District to R-2 (low
density multiple residence) District in conjunction with approval of Final Plat for
Wallace Cates;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for LeRoy R. Wensole to
be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou,
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
