HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-370CITY OF PLYMDUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aspecial meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day of June . 1986. The following members were present:Mayor Schneider, Counchmembers Crain Sisk Vasiliou, and Zitur The following mem were absent: none tss �� tars Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-370 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR LEROY R. WENSOLE (86058) WHEREAS, LeRoy R. Wensole has requested approval for Rezoning and Preliminary Plat for two residential lots at 510 Berkshire Lane, southeast of 5th Avenue North and Berkshire Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hear- ing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Conditional Use Permit and Prelimin- ary Plat for LeRoy Wensole, for two residential lots at 510 Berkshire Lane, southeast of 5th Avenue North and Berkshire Lane, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense. 3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the Dedi- cation Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat. 4. Rezoning shall be finalized with filing of the Final Plat. 5. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 6. No yard setback variances are granted or implied and shall comply with the R-2 District standards for a single-family detached dwelling. 7. The Conditional Use Permit is for development of Lot 2, Block 1, with a single-family detached dwelling per the petitioner's request. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, thr °ol owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor c ne er, Councilmember Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou, and Zitur voted against or abstained: none The following hereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
