HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-367MY OF PLYM3= Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of June , 19&L. The following members were present: -- chneider, CQ.Wq-Q-ilWCmbers Crain. Vasiliou. and Zitur were Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-367 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REMOVAL OF PICNIC SHELTER FROM GREEN OAKS PARK WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has held a public meeting to review problems with regard to noise and other problems associated with the Green Oaks neighborhood park, and WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended to the City Council that the open air picnic shelter be removed at this time, and WHEREAS, the City Council concurs with the finding of the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission, NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is directed to remove the existing open air picnic shelter from Green Oaks neighborhood park.
